By registering on RIA Novosti websites, user agrees to these rules.

User is obliged not to violate the laws of the Russian Federation.

User is obliged to be respectful of other commenters, readers and individuals referenced in the items being discussed.

User comment will be deleted if it:

• — promotes racial, ethnic, sexual, religious or social hatred or discrimination; contains insults or threats to other users, individuals or organizations; infringes on the rights of minorities; violates the rights of under-age persons or otherwise harms them.
• — calls for Russia’s constitutional system to be changed by force;
• — discredits the honor, dignity and business reputation of other individuals;
• — distributes personal data of third parties without their consent;
• — pursues commercial goals or contains spam, ads or links to other webpages containing similar information;
• — is obscene or contains foul language and also hints at the usage of lexical items falling within this definition;
• — is a part of a coordinated action when a lot of comments with the same or similar content are posted (“flash mob”);
• — user posts a large number of incoherent or irrelevant comments (“flood”); — meaning of the text is difficult or impossible to get;
• — the comment is entirely or predominantly written in capital letters;
• — the comment is not divided into sentences.

User will be blocked from posting comments after multiple violations of the rules on commenting.
